What we do
Southern Gold Coast Laboratories (SGCL) was established in 2021 to address a critical gap in the mineral sands industry: the need for fast, accurate testing to support quality control and production performance.
Initially developed to support internal mineral processing operations, SGCL has since evolved into an independent, NATA-accredited laboratory (site 25547) servicing clients across Australia — with data trusted for quality control, R&D and process optimisation.
